Our Mission
Focus2Impact empowers individuals and families by connecting them to vital health, housing, education, and employment resources. We are especially committed to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach programs, free care kits, and community-based services that promote dignity, stability, and access to care. Empowering people to overcome barriers and build more stable, independent lives.

Our Goal
To ensure that every person has access to essential support by providing homeless care kits, free non-emergency transportation, and resource navigation that connects individuals and families to healthcare, housing, employment, food, and other vital community services. Through preventive health education and mental health support, we strive to promote long-term wellness, stability, and self-sufficiency.

About the Founder

Kossiwa Kabore is the Founder and Executive Director of Focus2Impact. Her passion for helping others is shaped by her personal experiences and her background in healthcare, public health, and community service.

As a Community Health Worker and healthcare professional, Kossiwa has seen firsthand the barriers many individuals and families face when trying to access transportation, basic necessities, health information, and community resources.

She founded Focus2Impact to help bridge those gaps by connecting people with practical support, trusted resources, and compassionate care.
