Our Mission
Focus2Impact empowers individuals and families by connecting them to vital health, housing, education, and employment resources. We are especially committed to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach programs, free care kits, and community-based services that promote dignity, stability, and access to care. Empowering people to overcome barriers and build more stable, independent lives.

Our Goal
To ensure that every person has access to essential support by providing homeless care kits, free non-emergency transportation, and resource navigation that connects individuals and families to healthcare, housing, employment, food, and other vital community services. Through preventive health education and mental health support, we strive to promote long-term wellness, stability, and self-sufficiency.

We offer non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and Legal Appointments, and Job Interviews(Veteran, New refugees) through trusted rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. All transportation is provided on a curb-to-curb (C2C) basis.

Medicare & Medicaid Transportation Assistance

If you are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid and need help accessing your transportation benefits, we can assist with enrollment through your health plan.

Eligibility Information

  • Medical Appointments

  • Veterans

  • Pregnant women

  • Non-insured individuals

  • Individuals in specific in Dallas and surrounding areas

    Legal Appointments for:

  • Veterans

  • New refugees

  • Job Interviews

  • Veterans

  • Providing information about voting dates and polling locations

  • Connecting you with trusted, official voting resources

  • Sharing education about the connection between civic engagement and community health
