We are especially committed to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach programs, free care kits, and community-based services that promote dignity, stability, and access to care. Our Goal
To ensure that every person has access to essential support by providing homeless care kits, free non-emergency transportation, and resource navigation that connects individuals and families to healthcare, housing, employment, food, and other vital community services. Through preventive health education and mental health support, we strive to promote long-term wellness, stability, and self-sufficiency.
