General Assistance
Assisting directly or connecting you with appropriate resources or services. Housing assistance, Food support, Utility assistance,Employment help and other community resources.
Health Access
Helping families connect with vital health resources and support services.
We offer non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and Legal Appointments, and Job Interviews(Veteran, New refugees) through trusted rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. All transportation is provided on a curb-to-curb (C2C) basis.
Education
Offering basic computer skills and health education tailored to community needs.
