Eligibility

Anyone in need is welcome to apply for Focus2Impact’s programs. Each request is reviewed based on the assistance needed, available funding, supplies, and our ability to provide the service.

Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance. Some services may have additional requirements, such as service area, scheduling, or transportation limits. We will explain any requirements that apply to your request.

How to Apply

1. Select “Request Assistance.” Choose the program or type of support you need.

2. Complete the request form. Provide your contact information and a brief description of your needs.

3. Submit your request. Our team will review it and contact you if additional information is needed.

4. Receive an update. We will let you know whether assistance is available and explain the next steps.

Availability of Services

Services are provided as funding, supplies, and capacity allow. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will make an effort to connect you with other community resources.
