We offer non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) through trusted rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. All transportation is provided on a curb-to-curb (C2C) basis.

Please note: We do not provide specialized non-emergency medical transportation services, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles, bariatric vehicles, or stretcher/gurney transport.

If you are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid and need help accessing your transportation benefits, we can assist with enrollment through your health plan.
